Dane had six friends come over on Saturday to play as a way to do something special for his birthday. This was a first for us. Eight boys at one time in our home. Then, if we weren't brave enough we drove them to Fastlane for laser tag, go-carts, and arcade. It was like herding bumble bees in that place. Boys really cannot stand still. Not possible. I think they all had lots of fun. I had a big test in staying calm. After taking Dylan and Mira to the parade and hosting the boys all afternoon, I would say I mastered my calm.
All the boys were really good kids - very polite and well behaved.
