Randy went with Dylan's class on a field trip to Hobbs State Park on Friday. It sounded like a fun experience for both of them when I got to hear all the stories that evening.
While at the park they heard about the Civil War and life during the Civil War.
They played with the Archaeology Grid.
They learned about cooking and how to dance.
The kids were able to practice cutting wood. Randy was so excited about how well Dylan took to cutting wood while others struggled with how to use the saw. I'm not sure I am in love with the idea that he is a natural with a saw.
It was a beautiful day for an outdoor adventure.
