We have had a full week of activity while my sister and her girls have been here. The days have run together and it doesn't seem possible that it is already Saturday.

After watching Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore we went to Lewis and Clark to rock wall climb. This was Dane's take-2 attempt at climbing the wall. He inherited my fear of heights unfortunately. The wall has three levels, easy - medium - hard.

Emily was so brave and went first. We were so proud of her! She made it about as far as Dane did the first time he tried.

Then Dylan started climbing wanting to show off how brave he was knowing Dane wasn't able to ring the bell at the top on his first try. Dylan climbed the easy route up and rang the bell. We cheered and cheered for him and was surprised he made it up 28ft. He was ready to go again so after everyone had a turn he went up the medium route and rang the bell. He is so excited to go back and show Randy how good he can climb the wall.

Dane started climbing with lots on encouragement from the guy holding the rope. He went further up the easy route than the first time he climbed and later tried again and still got up further. He was shaken by the fear and the shock that he made it more than half way up a little more than 15ft. I was excited for him and gave him a motivator to push himself to do it.

Megan went fourth waiting patiently. She was our experienced climber, having been to a rock climbing camp on a real rock wall in Missouri. She easily made it up the medium route and then tried the difficult route and made it about a third of the way up. She got a cute pink t-shirt to wear home as a souvenir showing she climbed the wall at Lewis and Clark.

After the rock wall we stopped in Las Fajitas and ate mexican food and discussed how we all needed to get into better physical shape starting Monday. Ha!  We then headed to Donna's to scrapbook where I used the Cricket for the first time!
